International Policy and Management

Brooks MPA students in the International Policy and Management concentration gain a high-level understanding of the role of international organizations in global policy and politics, how these organizations interact with each other and with non-governmental organizations, and best practices in affecting change on a global scale.  Specialists in this area develop the skills required to work in fields such as international development, international political economy, international security, and monitoring and evaluation. Students in this concentration are also strongly encouraged to take advantage of research, teaching, and engaged learning opportunities available through the Brooks School’s Center on Global Democracy.
