Executives-in-Residence

Your Sloan journey comes with your own guide. Every year, two experienced Sloan alumni are assigned to the incoming class to help prepare students over their two years for the job market. During their regular campus visits, the EIRs critique résumés, perform mock interviews, and help identify and secure internships and full-time positions customized to students’ unique career interests.

Brook Dias, MHA

Brooke is a Product Implementation and Customer Success Manager at LeanTaaS, where she collaborates with infusion center leaders nationwide to tackle operational challenges by leveraging prescriptive analytics and lean principles. Prior to this role, she managed business operations for Tufts Medicine – Heart Center of MetroWest, one of the largest cardiology groups in Massachusetts. Brooke also led research and commercialization efforts for healthcare technologies at Cornell’s Health Design Innovations Lab. She completed her administrative fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital.


Krishna Kandala, MHA

Krishna is a Senior Associate in Strategy, Operations, and Business Development at Pledge Therapeutics, where he directly reports to the company’s CEO. Prior to moving into the life sciences industry, he was analyst at the McKinsey & Company where he focused primarily on biotech and private investments consulting engagements. These opportunities have given Krishna a deep understanding of some of the frontier areas of health therapeutic and technology advancements.


Joe Stankaitis, MD, MPH, FACP, FAAPL

Joe is the Principal for JAS Medical Management Solutions Consulting, LLC. Previously he was the Chief Medical Officer of Highmark Wholecare as well as the Monroe Plan for Medical Care. Before joining Monroe Plan, he served as the Vice President, Client Support and Education and Chief Medical Officer for Equifax Analytical Services. He has previously served as the Lead Medical Director for Excellus BlueCross and BlueShield’s IPA-model HMO with 600,000 members and as the clinical lead for Excellus’ Xerox Corporation’s Blue Cross Health Systems Management entity.


Scott M. Wooten, FACHE, MBA

Scott is Chairman and CEO of Wooten Strategic Healthcare Advisors. He previously served as CFO and other senior executive roles with AdventHealth, Baptist Health, Alegent Creighton Health, and Sanford Health. He began his career with Price Waterhouse in Denver and Kettering Health in Dayton. He is also a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
