Sinn Won Han

Sinn Won Han is a postdoctoral associate. As a social demographer, his research interests focus on the intersection of gender, work and family, cross-national comparative research, and quantitative methods.  His ongoing research projects investigate how individuals’ fertility intentions and perceptions towards child-raising are shaped by gender norms that valorize the desirable roles of men and women. His research has been published in Demography and Population and Development Review.

Sinn Won recently completed his PhD in Sociology at Harvard University. He received undergraduate and master’s degrees in sociology from Korea University in Seoul, Korea.
