To address the fragility of American democracy, the Institute of Politics and Global Affairs at the Cornell Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy is bringing together influential political leaders, policy makers and experts. At a May 24 summit, they will discuss the threats posed by misinformation and disinformation and review bipartisan solutions that Congress could consider. Also, the results of an IOPGA survey will be released, pointing to areas where the political divided American electorate can find common ground.
