Public Engagement Lecture Series – Insights on Inequality in Education

Professor, Harvard Graduate School of Education

 

Known as a "Top Ten Influencer" by The Chronicle of Higher Education in 2015, Professor Dynarski frequently contributes to the New York Times and holds the position of faculty research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research.

Her research focuses on understanding and reducing inequality in education, utilizing large-scale datasets and quantitative methods of causal inference. Professor Dynarski has testified before various U.S. Senate and House committees and consulted with government agencies, including the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, U.S. Treasury, the U.S. Department of Education, along with school districts and state offices.
