Charles McClintock was instrumental in the formation of the Department of Policy Analysis and Management and founded the Capital Semester Program in Albany. Professor McClintock’s long-time role as professor and associate dean included administration, undergraduate education, graduate studies and research. His teaching and scholarship have centered around academic leadership, doctoral education, evaluation of health and human service organizations, and how research influences public policy.
