Paul Lushenko

Paul Lushenko, PhD, is a national security strategist, technology executive, author, and advisor with more than two decades of experience at the intersection of defense, emerging technology, and strategic competition.

His research examines emerging technologies, politics, national security, and great power competition. He is the author of four books and dozens of peer-reviewed articles on technology, security, and modern warfare. His military career includes service with Special Operations Forces and numerous combat deployments.

He holds graduate degrees from Cornell University, the U.S. Naval War College, and The Australian National University, where he was a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar, and a BS from the U.S. Military Academy.
