John is lecturer in infrastructure finance and policy.  He also administers the Infrastructure Policy, Management and Finance certificate program.

Prior to joining the faculty in 2010, he was a senior director of a transportation engineering company, specializing in intelligent transportation systems and services, such as electronic toll collection,  and was a public finance banker in the United States and Asia. John holds a Master of Public Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. in engineering from Cornell University and was a senior fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School.
