The residential MPA application for the 2024-2025 academic year is now open. Residential MPA applications are due on February 1, 2024 at 11:59pm EST. Admission is granted for the fall semester only.

Applying for the Cornell Brooks School MPA: The Essential Degree We Need to Unravel the World’s Most Wicked Problems

Are you passionate about the role of public policy and what it can do to improve our society? An MPA provides cutting-edge, interdisciplinary tools to help find solutions to the wicked problems of our time. MPA Program Director Matt Hall will lead this interactive session, presenting an overview of how the MPA degree applies a global, interdisciplinary, and problem-oriented focus to a broad set of public policy issues. November 17th – MPA Program Open House

Cornell Brooks School MPA Program Open House for Prospective Students

Whether you’re passionate about climate change, education reform, economics, or countless other areas of public policy, Cornell University’s Master of Public Administration can help you take the next step in your career.

By attending our Open House, you’ll learn more about Cornell University’s MPA degree, and you’ll also learn how you can jumpstart your future as a leader in public affairs. In past years, we’ve held this event exclusively online. This is a virtual event and participants will be emailed a schedule after RSVPing.

During the Fall MPA Open House, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Meet our program directors and explore the MPA curriculum
  • Hear from current students and alumni about their experience
  • Learn about professional development opportunities
  • Get details on the MPA application process
  • Learn so much more!

An MPA for Public Servants (RPCV, Teach for America, Americorps, Government Employees)

Continue your career in public service with an MPA. This information session will dive into why Returned Peace Corps Volunteers, Teach for America and AmeriCorps alumni, congressional staffers, and local government leaders are uniquely qualified to achieve a Master of Public Administration.
