Eric Foley is an English language instructor in the Cornell Institute for Public Affairs. Professor Foley has served as an instructor at Syracuse and Clarkson universities and as a writing assessor with the Educational Testing Service. He received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York College at Potsdam and his master’s degree from Cornell University.
