Leadership Resilience Initiative
Volatile. Uncertain. Complex. Ambiguous
VUCA is the military’s description of the system of the world, the nation, your business, or your organization. At times, uncontrollable, unsettled; buffeting core missions with distractions.
The Cornell IOPGA Leadership Resilience Initiative provides a variety of customized seminars, workshops, and forums, onsite. Each program is designed to help your team build leadership resilience, anticipate new obstacles, and navigate successfully in a VUCA environment. To sharpen focus and navigate the ground.
Whether you’re supervising a crew in town government or running an entire department in a corporation, leadership is more challenging than ever. That’s why I asked the Cornell University Leadership Resilience Project to hold sessions with my own team, at all levels. The result was a demonstrable increase in morale and productivity, with training in mindfulness and stoic resilience. Whether you’re serving constituents or customers, I recommend it highly.
– Rich Schaffer, Babylon Town Supervisor
